Each evening a 50 minute interactive, informative, and entertaining presentation by a local Science expert passionate in their field and current in their information is followed by 10-15 minutes of questions from the audience.

"Safe and Effective"
Dr. Tiffany Flock is a Doctor of Naturopathy and a passionate advocate for medical freedom and natural health solutions that produce vitality. She has spent the last twenty years in research and testing numerous holistic modalities. She now specializes in detoxification, cellular health, and family wellness. Dr. Flock wrote her doctoral dissertation and became a Doctor of Naturopathy in 2018.
Dr. Tiffany Flock lives in Jefferson, GA with her husband, three vibrant homeschooled daughters and a baby boy due in June.

Brian joined the staff of Barrett Funeral Home in 2017. He is a lifelong resident of White County and has been in Funeral Service since he was a young man.
After owning and managing a local funeral home for a number of years, Brian felt the call to return to the “hometown and local” feel that first inspired him to enter the funeral industry.
He is proud to have served the families of the community for several years and looks to continue that service with Ricky and his staff for years to come.

Georgia Mountain Falconry, Dahlonega, GA
After four decades as a successful teacher/ coach at both the high school and college level, Buster has turned his love for raptors and falconry into a business.
Now, as a Master Class falconer he is training hawks and falcons instead of athletes. Georgia Mountain Falconry will include not only hunting with birds of prey, but falconry and raptor education.
